Provision an approved access request instance.
Execute provisioning for a service item instance. Based on the instance's provisioning configuration this either creates a manual service request (MANUAL_PROVISIONING) or adds the requester to the IdP group (Okta / Azure AD / JumpCloud / Google Workspace) and then grants the identity entitlement.
